FULL PERSONALITY. Tenten strongly believes that female ninja can be as strong as male ninja. Tenten's personal dream is to become as strong as Tsunade. She can be quite fierce sometimes, especially with Lee, violently shaking him whenever he is left unconscious. Tenten also has shown a strong distaste for weakness or being overly dependent on other people. Despite this, she is not above showing a softer side when it comes to her team-mates. She holds great respect for her team-mate Neji and often helps him train. Tenten also has a naturally inquisitive nature and doesn't like to be kept out of the loop.
Her true feelings are kept under lock and key most of the time for she doesn't want anything to distract her from her training. She trains as much as she can for one day she hopes to be as strong as Lady Tsunade. She is very smart and good at keeping peace with people though sometimes she herself looses her temper. She acts like she doesn't like lee when in reality he is her closest friend besides Neji. She likes to pretend that nothing can hurt her that she doesn't really have any feelings but everytime she looks at neji there is a small lapse in her control.[/color][/font]

FULL HISTORY. Satoshi and Sakora Akimoto prayed every day that the baby that Sakora had finally conceived was a boy, but it was not to be. Tenten was born and though it was not the boy that they had prayed for they loved her nonetheless. But once more set to work on trying to conceive a boy. And low and behold only six months later Sakora found herself pregnant once more. The once barron girl was no longer so barron. But fate was not so kind to this ninja woman because shortly after it was discovered that she was pregnant she miscarried the baby. Greif and regret filled Sakora and she felt that she couldn't face her husband after this. She didn't know what to think but all she knew was that she felt it was her fault for loosing the child.
Almost three years later Tenten was already showing the promise of becoming a great ninja. Taking her mothers Kunai's and throwing them out the window at the targets in the tree's. She thought it was just a game because she recieved praise from her mother. Her father whenever he wasn't away on a mission locked himself away in his study where he drank himself silly before passing out in the floor. Tenten wouldn't know this at the time because her mother took good care of her. When Tenten turned eleven her father died while away on a mission. Tenten didn't know how to recieve this information except to go silent. And that was what she did for years until she joined and then graduated from the acadamy.
She was placed on a team with Rock Lee, and Neji Hyuuga. Both exceptional fighters. She had to do everything in her power to prove she was worth being on their team and she did so. During one practice she hit 100 out of 100 bullseyes. She was defeated by Temari during her first Chunin exam. But she passed the next one easily.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE. A kunai clutched in her delicate hands Tenten raised her chocolate brown eyes to the sky above. A sky filled with stars that twinkled like a million fire flies was all the young chunin saw as she layed back against her traveling bag. It had been two days since she had split off from Neji and Lee and they where to re-group two days from now. They where less likely to be discovered if they traveled on their own instead of together as they usually did. It had been Neji's idea and as always she trusted his judgement. They where following a Missing Ninja and they where to catch and return him to Konoha. Tenten was looking forward to showing off her skills that she had been working on since the months that they had seen each other.
With Lee and herself as Chunin and Neji a Jonin they where not always paired together in a group anymore though Team Guy would always be her team. Without Neji and Lee their team wasn't complete. Tenten went on Missions with Lee all the time but she rarely saw Neji anymore which made her slightly sad yet she knew this was how it was. Things between the two of them where not meant to be and she knew she had to move on and not dwell on such thoughts. Tenten didn't feel the need for a fire. It was a late summer night and it was still quite warm. Plus it would bring notice to her with not only the light but the smoke as well.
